Wednesday: August 26 / September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / October 7, 14, 21, 28 / November 4, 11, 18, 25 / December 2, 9, 16 16 total Sessions 1 Practice Uniform Long-sleeved shirt (protection), padded or long pants, shinguards. Access to a goal and penalty area. Specific goalkeeper gloves, soccer or futsal ball. Positioning and shooting angles. Saving techniques (blocking, deflection, catch). Communication with the defense and goal kick.
