Monday: August 24, 31 / September 7, 14, 21, 28 / October 5, 12, 19, 26 / November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / December 7, 14 14 Total Sessions 1 Practice Uniform Long-sleeved shirt (protection), padded or long pants, shinguards. Access to a goal and penalty area. Specific goalkeeper gloves, soccer or futsal ball. TENNIS1 Positioning and shooting angles. Saving techniques (blocking, deflection, catch). Communication with the defense and goal kick.
