Friday: August 7, 14, 21, 28 / September 4, 11, 18, 25 / October 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / November 6, 13, 20, 27 / December 4, 11, 18, 25 F17 Sessions 1 Practice Uniform Futsal shoes (flat sole), mandatory shinguards, breathable athletic clothing. Gym or indoor hard-surface court. Futsal ball (appropriate size and weight). GYM ZONE1 Ball control and short passes. Off-the-ball movement and unmarking. Pressing tactics and defensive rotation.
