Service Description

Wednesday: August 26 / September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / October 7, 14, 21, 28 / November 4, 11, 18, 25 / December 2, 9, 16. 16 Total Sessions 1 Practice Uniform Cleats for grass or field, shorts without pockets. Access to a grass field or a marked surface. Flag set (belt with flags), Flag Football ball. COURT1, COURT2 Pass routes and timing. Non-contact blocking and flag pulling techniques. Reading the defense and transitions. Playoffs can be during the week or weekend based on league schedule. You’ll be informed as we find the schedule.
