Service Description

Tuesday: August 4, 11, 18, 25 / September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 / October 6, 13, 20, 27 / November 3, 10, 17, 24 / December 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 T18 Sessions 1 Practice Uniform, Friendly Game Fencing jacket and pants (protection), fencing shoes or light athletic footwear. Training space with a fencing strip (piste or alley). Fencing mask, fencing glove, training weapon (épée, foil, or saber). COURT1, COURT2 Guard position and footwork. Execution of attacks (lunge, flèche) and parries (defenses). Timing and combat distance.
