Service Description

Tuesday: August 4, 11, 18, 25 / September 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 / October 6, 13, 20, 27 / November 3, 10, 17, 24 / December 1, 8, 15. Total 16 Sessions includes: 1 Practice Uniform 1 Fencing Uniform (for wearing during class/matches) Fencing jacket and pants (protection), fencing shoes or light athletic footwear. Training space with a fencing strip (piste or alley). Fencing mask, fencing glove, training weapon (épée, foil, or saber). COURT1. Guard position and footwork. Execution of attacks (lunge, flèche) and parries (defenses). Timing and combat distance.
