Service Description

Monday: August 24, 31 / September 7, 14, 21, 28 / October 5, 12, 19, 26 / November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / December 7, 14, 21, 28. Wednesday: August 26 / September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / October 7, 14, 21, 28 / November 4, 11, 18, 25 / December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Total Sessions: 29 + Games. Please check weekly communications regarding unavailable training days due to holidays or gym availability. 2 Practice Uniforms, JPS League Games for Fall. Requirements: Basketball shoes (high ankle support), breathable athletic clothing. GYM ZONE1 Dribbling, shooting, and passing fundamentals. Half-court offense and defense tactics. Agility and speed training. Playoffs can be during the week, or weekend based on league schedule. You’ll be informed as we find the schedule.
