Monday: August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 / September 7, 14, 21, 28 / October 5, 12, 19, 26 / November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / December 7, 14, 21, 28. Wednesday: August 5, 12, 19, 26 / September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / October 7, 14, 21, 28 / November 4, 11, 18, 25 / December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 M16 Sessions, W19 Sessions 1 Practice Uniform, JPS League Games, 2 Wildcats Basketball Team Uniform Basketball shoes (high ankle support), breathable athletic clothing. Access to a court (full court or half court). Basketball (optional for individual training). GYM ZONE1 Dribbling, shooting, and passing fundamentals. Half-court offense and defense tactics. Agility and speed training. Playoffs can be during the week or weekend based on league schedule. You’ll be informed as we find the schedule. (Coral Reef Park, Southwood Middleschool, Palmer trinity, Palmetto Bay Area, Alexander Montessori School)
