Service Description

Monday: August 24, 31 / September 7, 14, 21, 28 / October 5, 12, 19, 26 / November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / December 7, 14, 21, 28. Wednesday: August 26 / September 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 / October 7, 14, 21, 28 / November 4, 11, 18, 25 / December 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 Total Sessions: 29 + Games. Please check weekly communications regarding unavailable training days due to holidays or gym availability. 2 Practice Uniforms, JPS League Games for Fall. Official team uniforms are required for participation and are purchased separately through FLITE. Uniform costs are not included in the program registration fee. Each athlete must purchase the Game Day Package for their sport, which includes the required Home and Away game kits and team bag. Requirements: Basketball shoes (high ankle support), breathable athletic clothing. GYM ZONE1 Dribbling, shooting, and passing fundamentals. Half-court offense and defense tactics. Agility and speed training. Playoffs can be during the week, or weekend based on league schedule. You’ll be informed as we find the schedule.
